Delhis win Season 5

On an afternoon punctuated by an almost sold-out rink, popcorn, ice cleaning crews and dance-cams, the Delhis emerged victorious in the final of Season 5. 

The Delhis and Pinheads spent the season vying for top spot on the ladder, and so a final showdown seemed inevitable. In a 70-minute extravaganza, the Delhis simply proved too much for the valiant Pinheads. 

The Delhis claim their 2nd premiership in 5 seasons, moving alongside the Maitlands. The Pinheads will look to regroup and return to the final next season, having had their first taste of the finals since their premiership in Season 2. 

Of course, that pursuit begins in less than 48 hours.
