The Kondos Ice Hockey League is determined to set itself apart as a leader in social, safe, ice hockey in Australia. To this end, we have a number of policies and procedures which support the creation of a safe environment for players and non-playing members regardless of their gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

The Kondos Ice Hockey League takes the safety of our junior members seriously. We are committed to maintaining a league that is safe for children and young people, supported by a robust system of governance. All staff members hold valid Working With Children Checks, and any issues may be reported to any member of staff or to admin@kondoshockey.com
Kondos Ice Hockey League Incorporated has arranged Sports Personal Accident Insurance through Artery Insurance & Risk to provide specified benefits following eligible accidental injuries.
Who is covered and when?
The program covers eligible registered members (who have paid the relevant insurance fee) who are aged 5 to 99 while playing or taking part in competitions and activities arranged by, or under the auspices of, Kondos Ice Hockey League Incorporated, within Australia. Non-Australian residents require the insurer's agreement to be covered.

Important Limitations
The program provides limited benefits for insured accidental injuries. Medicare expenses and Medicare gaps, medication expenses and expenses covered by private health arrangements are excluded. Other exclusions include pre-existing conditions and degenerative conditions, as defined in the policy.
How to Make a Claim
